Shane over at The Space Between felt bad about how “rape-tastic” the previous Ginger cameo looked, so he gave her a proper one this time. Even gave her a (short-lasting) job! Neither I nor Ginger condone the destruction of vinyl (the best use of fossil fuels ever), so I can only assume she’s destroying some really horrid music.
A new piece of fanart and another cameo for Ginger recently.
The fanart is another piece by Kirk, based off some Twittering by Ginger. Yeah, those Twitter accounts still occasionally see some action.
Meanwhile, in Bryan Young’s Farnot, makes a cameo, where she apparently has found some work.
The fanart has been added to the Fanart Page, as has a new list of cameos (the now three we’ve seen so far). Keep up the awesome work folkds, and keep me posted when you spot characters from Ginger’s Bread among the Interwebs!
Just want to take a moment here relating to some new music and touring music. Right now, my friends Ha Ha Tonka are embarking on a two month tour around the States, and I’m encouraging your attendance at a show if one is near you. Tour dates and locations are here. (I’m planning on being at the show in Grand Rapids, MI on February 18th, so if you can get there, let’s party.)
Also, the drummer of Ha Ha Tonka, Lennon Bone has a near EP from his side project, Varsity Club Sunshine Coach. The first EP is a free download, and the second is a pay-what-you’d-like download. They’re both good and work the pick up.
And another new album out soon, but digital download available now, is “Animalore” from Via Audio, who are also on a tour, with more tour dates coming up, and by pre-ordering the album (which gets you the digital download) or entering at one of their upcoming shows, you’re automatically entered in an all-expense paid trip to Brooklyn! They have more shows upcoming that the site hasn’t listed yet, but do check out the music and enjoy!
I’ve been having some trouble drawing comics today so I took some time to draw up a new Facebook picture, which I tend to make as one-panel comics. Just thought I’d share:

So yea, the site looks a little different… I suspect witches are responsible… What? Oh! No, it’s all thanks to Mr. Frumph and him helping me get set up with ComicPress 2.9 (or at least the latest beta of it)! It works out nicely with the comic being a little larger now as well.
I’m still working on a few more little tweaks here and there, but we’re doing pretty spiffy right now!
Thanks for reading!
