The Week That Disappeared
May 31st, 2011 |Basically, the short answer is, when it rains it pours.
To list the piled up chaos – A few exciting times of comic ideas not cooperating, a few exciting times of the computer not cooperating, a large number of storms and the need to mow the lawn whenever I could between them, an utterly destroyed sleep schedule (and equally destroyed Carl because of it), and most importantly, working frantically on getting a job, which is in the “almost have it” stage, waiting for paperwork, and it’s taking up a lot of my mind right now. And if I get the job (I want to say I have it but I don’t want to be burned), it’ll be what I had last year meaning I’ve got some prep for a 3k mile or so drive.
Sorry I wasn’t online for almost a week to update people, I was just trying to take care of a lot of things and needed one less distraction without thinking of telling people where I was going. A more insightful look at some of the comic making problems I had during the week will pop up on Tumblr later if you’re interested and I’m awake. Plans for June will be a little bit different to give me a chance to settle things down a bit while things are in upheaval. June 1st’s comic will have details.
Thanks for the patience.

Good luck with the job. Glad to see comic up, worth the wait,
Hey, it’s ok. Real life comes before comics. As long as the comics eventually come back at least. What was strange though was that about half my webcomics missed an update or two last week. So I guess last week wasn’t a good week for webcomics.
Anyways, Good luck with getting the job
