Ah, Saffron buns. They’re a part of the St. Lucia Day tradition and it’s true, apparently it is impossible for several dozen not be made when we make them every year.
I use cardamom instead. But I do understand the several dozen. I froze some of them pre-baking, so nothing went bad, but… 4 dozen…
