Ginger's Bread

This one looks much better than Friday’s… too bad it’s covered in exposition. I’m just trying to wrap up this bit of the story to move into the next bit.

Ryan’s motives for the pay, for those wondering, is that he’s been making due fine working as an office clerk for his dad’s businesses part time, supplemented by his occasional writing or acting gig. He’s planning on continuing them while helping Ginger run the back end of the store. So while the left overs from a pay boost might not help the cost of this loan much, he’s doing what he can to try and get Ginger out from owing anything to someone he distrusts.
